At The Skin Sensé, we prioritize customer satisfaction and understand that schedules and decisions may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms related to rescheduling, cancellations, and applicable refunds for services booked at our clinic.

Appointment Cancellations

Patients are advised to inform the clinic at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us manage our schedule and offer the slot to another patient in need. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Appointments are valid for 10 days or 1 review, whichever is earlier.

Treatment Package Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a prepaid treatment package, a written request must be submitted within 7 days of the first session. Refunds, if approved, will be issued after deducting the cost of sessions already utilized and applicable administrative charges. No refunds on treatments also.

Non-Refundable Services

Consultation charges, diagnostic tests, and medications are non-refundable once availed. Additionally, completed sessions from packages or treatments initiated cannot be refunded under any circumstances. No refunds on treatments also.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment. We will notify you via email or phone once the refund is initiated.

No Show Policy

If a patient fails to show up for an appointment without any prior notice, the session will be considered as utilized, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided for the missed appointment.
